Thanks Randy.
I think the lady has taken the view by looking at Daniel 12:5-7 first and then trying to place this portion of scripture into Revelation she has decided that because it mentions a “time, times and half a time” and her misunderstanding of Rev 10-11:13 being in sequence and not parenthetical has confused the whole issue.
I made a post stating this :-
1,260 days always refers to the first half of the tribulation.
42 Months and a time, times and half a time always refer to the last half of the tribulation. She disagreed due to Daniel 12:5-7 indicating that one of the two witnesses using the time, times and half a time and so my summary is incorrect.
You read the Daniel portion of scripture as stating that one of the 2 witnesses is telling Daniel that the the last half of the tribulation will be time times and half a time, which makes more sense.I thought if I could identify the two others that it might clear up this criticism from her.
She is not willing to debate buts seems to want to convince people that she is correct and other are wrong.
I think she is a pre-tribulation stalwart.Thanks
RaymondRaymondParticipantThanks Tim for that answer.
I read that portion of scripture and it makes sense as God expects each one of us to make our own decisions and we are responsible for our own salvation.
1. Are the men that are sealed just kept alive and they need to repent and recognize Jesus as their Messiah just like all of us? I would assume yes.
Just the fact that they are kept alive during this tumultuous time should have an effect on the men so that they see that God has been protecting them.
Blessings
